shipping policy

your order will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. you will receive an email confirmation and the accompanying tracking number when your package has been shipped.

if you have selected to collect your purchases from our nottingham storage unit, then you will be contacted upon ordering, to schedule a suitable collection date.

please note that delivery of furniture or larger items may take longer to be delivered.

we currently only ship within the UK, however, international delivery may be considered upon request - please contact us directly for more information.

we do not assume responsibility for lost items during shipment, nor for situations where items are marked as delivered but not received by the recipient. once the item has been dispatched from our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the postal services, and any further inquiries or actions must be directed to the relevant postal services.

we cannot guarantee that colours will be rendered perfectly accurately on different computer monitors. any of the product dimensions that we supply are for guide purposes only and are intended to give an approximate indication of size.
