to place an order, just add your desired items to your shopping basket on our website.
delivery costs will be displayed before checkout for customers located in mainland England and Wales.
'by marla' specialises in antique and vintage items, each carrying distinctive character and showing signs of age and previous use. please be aware that minor variations in colour, texture, and size from the website images may occur with all our products. we cannot assume responsibility for inherent organic differences among individual items.
our goods may exhibit variations in finish and colour; for instance, pottery may have differing textural effects, while textiles and baskets may vary in texture and hue.
payment
all prices and payments are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. please note many antique and vintage items do not carry VAT.
delivery can only be arranged once any balance has been paid in full.
we do not accept payment by cheque.
all payments details are encrypted and secured by using a leading Payments Service Provider, consequently for internet transactions none of your card details are held by ‘by marla’ or on our website.
furniture delivery
your parcel will be delivered by either Royal Mail, ParcelForce or DPD depending on the size of the item.
our couriers never deliver up any stairs or down any stairs or use service lifts to deliver to your property.
when delivery takes place, it will be to just inside the threshold of your home only.
certain furniture pieces may be heavy, necessitating the provision of a highly capable and strong assistant during delivery. the courier will be unable to transport the furniture up or down steps to reach your property and therefore it is imperative that you arrange for a strong helper to assist on the day of delivery.
after the courier has departed, it will be your responsibility to unpack the item, if packaged, and transport it from your doorway into your home.
